I have a couple of users who moved OU and even with the " " around their name I still get an error message 'No devices found for user CN=John Doe/OU=NewOU/O=IBM'.
So even giving OLD OU in quotes it reports back on NEW OU and deletes nothing.
The user switched locations and did not get a phone at the new site. So is in the NAB with New OU and stuck in traveler lists with Old OU.
Any ideas ?
